What payment types can you use?
On Effusione you can pay securely using major payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, PostePay, and prepaid credit cards.
For domestic shipments, we also offer the option of cash on delivery for a small surcharge.
What happens after I order?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is processed.
Orders placed on weekdays will be prepared and shipped the next day.
If you place an order over the weekend, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been delivered to the courier.
Once the package has been collected, it must be delivered to the buyer, even in the case of purchases with cash on delivery.
Can I request an invoice?
You can request an invoice for any order placed on Effusione.
During the checkout process, select the appropriate invoicing box and enter your tax information, including your SDI code.
The invoice will be sent via email and transmitted to the exchange system.

How much are the shipping costs?
For orders under €69, shipping costs €6.90 via express courier, with delivery expected within 48-72 hours.
During special promotions such as sales, Black Friday, or the Christmas season, shipping may be free.
If you choose cash on delivery, a €3.90 surcharge will apply, while delivery will always be within 48/72 hours.

Are shipments trackable?
All our shipments are trackable.
Once the courier picks up your package, you'll receive an email with a link to track your shipment.

How long does delivery take?
Our products will arrive at your home within 48 hours of being picked up by the courier.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 72 hours.

How to complete the return procedure?
Our return policy allows you to request a return for any reason within 14 days of delivery of the product.
The reference date is the one certified by the courier as the day of delivery, and the 14 days start counting from the following day.
