Who can request a return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Effusione, you can request a return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Features

We accept returns of any product, provided it is returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, in perfect condition, complete with all original packaging.

If these conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted or only a partial refund may be issued.

How to request it?

To request a return, please fill out the online form at the bottom of the page.

After submitting, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

We will then send you another email to confirm the start of the return process and provide you with the address to which you will need to ship the products at your own expense.

  3. Pack the products: Make sure the products are perfectly intact and in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the products: Send the products at your own expense to the address we'll provide in the return acceptance email. Use a courier or postal service of your choice.
  5. Provide tracking: Please email your package's tracking number so we can track its arrival.
  6. Confirmation of Receipt and Refund: Wait for our email confirming that your package has arrived and your refund has been approved.

If you paid for the product by cash on delivery, we will ask you to provide us with your PayPal account or IBAN for your bank account to process the refund.

You can choose to receive a cash refund or a discount voucher for the same amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Refund times

The timeframe for refunds varies depending on the chosen method:

  • Discount coupon: The coupon is issued almost immediately on our website, taking place at the same time as the refund process is closed.
  • Cash Refund: The refund will be made within 10 days of the refund being closed.

However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Surname
  • Email used for purchase
  • Description of the problem encountered
  • Photographic documentation of the error or damage.

After receiving your report, we will promptly investigate and contact you to resolve the issue.

Warranty

Every product purchased from Effusione is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which protects against defects of conformity for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

Shipping costs for returning the product to Effusione are the responsibility of the consumer.
